First, check that the product hasn’t been turned off at the switch.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, try moving the product closer to your router. If the intermittent performance stops, the previous location of the product may have been out of range. If the intermittent performance continues, your Wi-Fi router may have reached the maximum number of simultaneous connections. For a standard router, the maximum is typically around 30 units.
