To connect your Mercator Ikuü Zigbee hub to the app you must first enter pairing mode. All Mercator Ikuü Zigbee products require a Mercator Ikuü Zigbee hub. Make sure you’ve downloaded the Mercator Ikuü app and have created an account.

Mercator Ikuü home hub [scroll down for the instructions for the pro hub]

1. Power on your hub via a USB port or 5V adaptor
2. Press and hold the button for 5 seconds. The Wi-Fi indicator will start to blink rapidly (approx. 8 times every 5 seconds)
3. Open the Mercator Ikuü app
4. Tap + > Add Device > Hubs and remotes, and then select your home hub
5. Enter your Wi-Fi details then tap ‘next’
6. Confirm that the indicator on the hub is still blinking rapidly, select ‘indicator is rapidly blinking’ then tap ‘next’
7. Once pairing is complete, you can edit your hub’s name (optional)
8. To finish the pairing process, tap ‘done’

Home hub still not paired? Press and hold the button for 5 seconds. The Wi-Fi indicator will start to blink slowly. If the LED is blinking quickly, press and hold the button for 5 seconds, the indicator should now be blinking slowly

1. Open the Mercator Ikuü app
2. Tap + > Add Device > Hubs and remotes, and then select your home hub
3. Enter your Wi-Fi details then tap ‘next’
4. Tap ‘EZ mode’ at the top right hand side of the screen then select ‘AP mode’
5. Confirm that the indicator on the hub is still blinking slowly, select ‘indicator is blinking slowly’ then tap ‘next’
6. Tap ‘go connect’. This will take you to the Wi-Fi settings for your phone/tablet. Find the network that starts with IKUU: once connected return to the Mercator Ikuü app
7. The app will now connect to the hub. Once pairing is complete, you can edit your hub’s name (optional)
8. To finish the pairing process, tap ‘done’

Mercator Ikuü pro hub

1. Power on your hub via the USB cable or 5V adaptor
2. Connect the hub to one of the LAN ports on your home router via an ethernet cable
3. Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds until the Zigbee indicator becomes solid green
4. Open the Mercator Ikuü app
5. Tap + > Add Device > Hubs and remotes, and then select your pro hub
6. Confirm that the indicator is solid green, select ‘indicator is solid green’ than tap ‘next’
7. When the hub is discovered tap the + icon beside the product
8. Once pairing is complete, you can edit your hub’s name (optional)
9. To finish the pairing process, tap ‘done’
